How we work
- Deploy scalable service-delivery models: the Mobile Triage Outreach unit, the Rural Dream Innovation Complex, transitional housing, the Café Kountry Gumbeaux / Rural Culinary Incubator, and the Disaster Preparedness, Recovery & Resiliency Rally Point.

Four entities, one mission
Eagle Enterprises Consortium, L3C
The umbrella entity. Coordinates the network, aligns mission with sustainable social enterprise, and maintains accountability across the ecosystem. It houses Net-WIRCing Solutions, LLC and the M-TOC (Mobile Triage Outreach Cavalry), and delivers the ecosystem’s subscription services for individuals and organizations plus bootcamp technical assistance & training.

The 501(c)(3)-aligned community development corporation. Delivers transitional housing pathways, benefits navigation, and coordinated direct services.

The philanthropic arm. Honors service and channels donor and grant support to rural veteran programs.

The ecosystem’s Advocacy, Volunteers & Communications Hub — runs the website, app, podcast, bot, newsletter, blog, and social media, and mobilizes volunteers in support of veterans. Service, honor, legacy.

Lighthouse operates under a formal governance framework with a board of directors, standing committees (Finance, Governance, Development, Programs, Executive), and adopted policies on conflict of interest, whistleblower protection, and ethics.
Performance is published through VI-PAR, our Veteran Impact, Performance, Accountability & Reporting system, so partners and funders can see verified outcomes rather than promises.

Facilities & development
Building permanent rural infrastructure
Beyond mobile outreach, we develop physical hubs that anchor services in the communities we serve. The flagship is the Greensburg site development — originally concepted for Clinton (off Plank Road) and now established at Greensburg — anchored by four components: Transitional Housing; the Café Kountry Gumbeaux / Rural Culinary Incubator (in collaboration with the Small Business Development Center at Southern University); the Rural Dream Innovation Complex (RDIC); and Disaster Preparedness, Recovery & Resiliency (with the SBA, American Red Cross, and local agencies such as the Council on Aging, law enforcement, and local medical partners).
